This is an appeal from an order directing the execution of a suspended criminal sentence. The appellant’s complaints are: (1) That the sentence originally imposed is excessive; (2) that the suspension of the execution of the sentence was for an indefinite period and therefore void, and that, the term of court at which the judgment suspending the sentence was rendered having passed, the court was without power to order the sentence to be executed; (3) that, if the suspension of the sentence is valid, the appellant was not shown to have violated…
