Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Harlem, J.), entered March 24, 1986 in Delaware County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of defendant.

Plaintiff Faith Olson (hereinafter plaintiff) was injured when she was struck by a car operated by defendant in the Village of Delhi, Delaware County, on the morning of July 14, 1983. At the time, plaintiff was crossing Main Street on foot while defendant was making a left turn from Meredith Street onto Main Street.
