Judgment *897unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of two counts each of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [2], [3]) and robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [1], [3]) and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 265.01). Defendant contends that County Court erred in rejecting his Batson claim regarding the prosecutor’s exercise of a peremptory challenge. We disagree.
