This matter came before the Court on the: (i) Amended Complaint Seeking Exception to Discharge and Imposition of Equitable Lien (Doc. No. 3) filed by the Plaintiffs Ray Nielson and Pandora Niel-son (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) against the Defendant and Debtor Regine O. Aman (“Aman”); (ii) Aman’s Third Party Complaint (Doc.
