Before the Court is the Plaintiff’s Motion to Overrule Defendant Edwin C. Roessler, Jr’s Objections to Plaintiff’s First Request for Production of Documents and to Compel Production of the requested documents. Chief Roessler is the Chief of the Fairfax County Police Department (hereafter FCPD).
