This appeal was filed by defendant below and appellant herein, Anne Marie Mitchell, (hereinafter referred to as “Mrs. Mitchell”), from a divorce decree entered by the Circuit Court of Wyoming County. Mrs. Mitchell assigns the following as error: (1) the failure of the circuit court to require financial disclosure statements; (2) the distribution of marital property; (3) the amount of child support awarded; (4) child custody; (5) alimony; and (6) impropriety by plaintiffs counsel.
