WERLEIN, Justice.

This suit was brought by appellee, Builders Hardware, Inc., to recover the value of a portion of a shipment of steel bars that it never received. The case was tried to the court without a jury and the court rendered judgment against appellant, Southern Pacific Company, in the sum of $3,834.09. The judgment of the court shows that all of the defendants in the suit were disposed of and that judgment was rendered solely against appellant.
