This is an appeal from an order of the Public Service Commission, purporting to grant authority to the Bellows Falls Hydro-Electric Corporation to redevelop its water power facilities on the Connecticut River by the erection of a dam in that stream, between the towns of Hartford, Vermont, and Lebanon, New Hampshire. The petitioner is a public service corporation, organized under the laws of this State and the dam which it proposes to erect is for the purpose of developing electric power.
