Edward Nelson appeals from the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health and Human Services in Nelson’s suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of the Secretary’s denial of Supplemental Security Income disability benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383.
