In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), dated July 25, 2008, as awarded her only five years of maintenance, awarded her a distributive share of only 25% of the plaintiffs interest in a business, and awarded her an attorney’s fee in the sum of only $20,000.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
