In a claim to recover damages for personal injuries, the claimant appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims (McCabe, J.), entered April 24, 1989, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the claim.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.

This claim arose from an automobile accident occurring on New York State Highway Route 208, in Orange County.
