The appellee, Maurice Douglas, sued S & W Construction Company, Inc., in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County, Mississippi, for damages for personal injuries sustained in an accident which occurred in Shelby County, Tennessee. Prom a verdict and judgment for $150,-000, appellant appeals.

On the night of November 11, 1958, appellee was a passenger in an automobile being driven by Kelly Beretta in a southerly direction along U. S. Highway 51, in Shelby County, Tennessee.
