CHAMBERLIN, JUSTICE, FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. The dispositive issue before the Court is whether Robert Hammons Jr. properly named fictitious parties in his original complaint so his amended complaint related back to the filing of the original complaint to avoid the statute-of-limitations bar. The Circuit Court of Leflore County ruled that Hammons had failed to comply with the fictitious-party rules and granted summary judgment for the defendants.
