DJERASSI, J.,
Defendant law firm contracted with plaintiff court reporter to record and transcribe eleven depositions for a federal civil case. The law firm then refused to pay and argues that the bill should be paid directly by their client. Following a bench trial, this court found otherwise. There is a valid contract between the law firm and the court reporter, and the client was not a party to their agreement.
