—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Nassau County Civil Service Commission, dated April 2, 1992, which determined that the petitioner was disqualified from employment as a police officer with the Nassau County Police Department for medical reasons, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roberto, J.), entered January 13, 1993, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
