Feldman v. Chute

—In an action to re*281cover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Floyd, J.), dated March 9, 2001, which granted the motion of the defendant Libby Chute for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her, and (2) a judgment of the same court entered July 23, 2001, which dismissed the complaint insofar as asserted against that defendant.

Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
