Suit by A. N. Thoma-son, as trustee in bankruptcy of Patterson Oil Company, against E. J. Miller and T. F. Patterson as organizers and subscribers to the capital stock of the oil company, to recover balance of proved claims against the corporation after all its assets had been applied thereto, on the ground that property consisting of oil leases turned over to the corporation in consideration of its capital stock had been grossly and fraudulently overvalued.
