BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Ana Rosa Ochoa petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) entered on November 2, 2007, denying Ochoa’s motion to reopen her removal proceedings based upon an alleged *547ineffective assistance of counsel. Because the BIA’s order is precluded from our review, we dismiss the petition.

I. BACKGROUND
