This was a writ of error from a judgment of the superior court taxing costs in a certiorari proceeding. The certiorari was issued, and was dismissed at the hearing. The bill of cost presented to the court was as follows: “ Certiorari, $3.00 ; answer of J. P., $.50; recording proceedings, $3.00; sheriff serving writ, $2.00; judgment, $2.00; issuing fi. fa., $.50 ; docketing, $.25; entering ex-docket, $.85 ;” making a total of $11.85.
