DISSENTING OPINION OF

CIRCUIT JUDGE MATTHEWMAN.

It appears that the Shinshiu Kyokai Mission of Hawaii is a local corporation founded for the purpose of promoting “religious work and worship based upon teaching and doctrines of the Shinshiu Sect of Buddhism,” that a controversy developed as to who were its proper officers and that, to settle the difficulty, a quo warranto proceeding was instituted by six members against three others.
