Appellant James Richardson was convicted by a jury of the crime of rape and sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Prior to trial, appellant filed a motion in limine asking that the “complaining witness” be prohibited from testifying, and that the “Prosecutor and prosecution witnesses” be prohibited from testifying concerning any prior convictions of the appellant.
