CRITZ, Judge.

This suit was filed in the district court of Pecos county, Tex., by Dan Bihl for himself and on behalf of his wife, against the Texas-Louisiana Power Company for damages on account of the death of their minor son, Eugene Bihl: Trial in the district court, where the ease was submitted on special issues, resulted in a verdict and judgment for Bihl for $9,000. On appeal to the Court of Civil Appeals, this judgment was reversed, and the cause remanded for a new trial. 43 S.W.(2d) 294. Both- parties applied to the Supreme Court for writ of error, and both applications were granted.
