Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County (Reitz, J.), rendered June 4, 2015, convicting her of grand larceny in the third degree, upon her plea of guilty, and sentencing her to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 2V3 to 7 years.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the sentence imposed from an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 2V3 to 7 years to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 1 to 3 years; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
