Ap*903peal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Rosen, J.), rendered September 13, 1996, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree (two counts).
Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of robbery in the first degree and two counts of robbery in the second degree for his participation in an incident which occurred on the evening of November 26, 1995, near the intersection of Clinton and Lexington Avenues in the City of Albany.
