OPINION

TIM TAFT, Justice.

This is an appeal from the trial court’s judgment in which the trial court granted a plea to the jurisdiction based on sovereign immunity filed by the appellee, Prairie View A & M University (the University). In a single issue, appellants, Jeronenford Scott and Taj Cross, argue that the trial court erred in dismissing their case for want of jurisdiction.
