Three physicians, Cesar Romero, M.D., Anthony Claxton, M.D., and David Kor- man, M.D., filed this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying their second objections and second motion to dismiss health care liability claims asserted against them by appellees Joseph Lieberman and John Lieberman, individually and as personal representative of the Estate of Larry Lieberman, Deceased.
