Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Brennan, J.), rendered November 5, 2001, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

There is no merit to the defendant’s contention that he was *750denied the effective assistance of counsel. Any error in eliciting or in failing to object to hearsay or bolstering testimony “was at most a mistaken judgment as to trial strategy and cannot be characterized as ineffective assistance…
