Appellees filed their bill in the chancery court of Leflore county against appellant .to enjoin the latter from the further prosecution of an eminent domain proceeding instituted under the Code chapter on “Eminent Domain, ’ ’ by which proceeding appellant, sought to condemn a joint right with appellees to construct and maintain a waterworks and sewerage system under the streets, alleys, and avenues of the Boulevard Addition to appellant.
