— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Mogavero, Jr., J.), rendered November 30, 1981, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of reckless endangerment in the first degree. In the early morning hours of November 30, 1980, defendant Leo E. Schelling, Edward Bonesteel and Randy O’Neill, a 14-year-old minor, were out hunting for deer in Otsego County.
