The facts pertinent to this appeal are briefly as follows:

On August 1, 1946, a decree was made and entered in the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for the County of Clark, in the above-entitled action, granting to plaintiff an absolute divorce, awarding to her the custody of the minor child the issue of the marriage, ordering that defendant pay plaintiff a certain monthly sum for the support and maintenance of the child, and finally, approving a property agreement theretofore made by the parties which had been admitted…
