Plaintiff Rosalio Campos, as special administrator of the estate of his deceased brother, Camerino Campos, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County granting summary judgment to defendant Marcelino Campos, as trustee under the testamentary trust of Daniel Campos and executor of the estate of Daniel Campos, Marcelino’s deceased brother.
