Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lynch, *1209J.), entered November 23, 2012 in Albany County, which, among other things, partially granted defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment.
Plaintiff was employed as a roofer by a contractor hired by defendants to replace a roof on a shopping center.
