MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund (“Pension Fund”); Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Health and Welfare Fund (“H & W Fund”) (together, “the Funds”); and trustee Howard McDougall have filed a two-count complaint against defendants Louisville Auto Rail Services, Inc. (“LARS”) 'and Kentucky Auto Ramp Services, Inc. (“KARS”). Defendants were required to contribute to the Funds on behalf of their employees under collective bargaining agreements they had executed with Local Union No. 89.…
