Westland v. Stalnecker

In September 1947, the appellant, Marie Westland, petitioned the Board' of County Commissioners of Mountrail County- to abate the taxes for the years 1929 to 1945 inclusive upon a tract of agricultural land of which she is the record owner. The Board denied the petition and she appealed from that denial to the District Court of Mountrail County. The District Court affirmed the decisioxx Of the County Board and upoxx the ixxstant appeal the case is in this Court for a trial anew.
