Billie J. Greenlee appeals from the Washington County Circuit Court’s order granting appellee Mazda American Credit (Mazda) a deficiency judgment in connection with the repossession of her car. On appeal, Greenlee argues that the trial court erred in (1) determining that Mazda conducted a commercially reasonable sale; and (2) finding that Mazda’s notice of sale was sufficient where evidence showed that the notice was not sent to her “last known address.” Because we find that Mazda did not demonstrate that the sale was conducted in a commercially reasonable manner, we…
