OPINION

YANEZ, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of a workers’ compensation beneficiary in a suit by a workers’ compensation carrier to enforce an alleged subrogation lien. Houston General Insurance Company (“Houston General”), appellant, seeks to set aside a judgment rendered in favor of Teresa Ann Campbell, appellee, which held that Houston General had no subrogation interest in her settlement with third parties stemming from a work-related injury.
