We have before us for consideration and resolution a motion of the Young Mens’ Polish Association seeking return of four seized video poker machines and a petition filed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, seeking forfeiture or condemnation of the same four machines.1 A hearing was held, briefs received, argument heard, and the matter is now ripe for resolution.
