UPON DUE CONSIDERATION, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the judgment of the District Court is AFFIRMED.
Plaintiff Mahmood M. Yoonessi brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985 and 1986, alleging that defendants violated his rights pursuant to the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments. He also asserted claims for violations of “the laws of the State of New York,” as well the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, et seq. He appeals the District Court’s dismissal of his claims.
