— This a bill in equity by Eldridge R. Johnson and Eldridge Johnson MacEwan against the Provident Trust Company of Philadelphia for a decree declaring the termination of a trust created by deed dated Sept. 26, 1922, and directing delivery of the corpus of the trust to Eldridge Johnson MacEwan, cestui que trust, and one of the plaintiffs.
