MEMORANDUM OPINION

FELDMAN, District Judge.

This eccentric saga is the result of a simple fight: who will control the destiny of the Landmark Motel Hotel in New Orleans? Before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss this suit, or in the alternative for summary judgment.

But before turning to the merits of the motion, it is necessary to discuss Plaintiff’s motion to recuse, which was orally made during argument immediately following a disclosure for the record by the Court that my law clerk, Ms. Lisa Avery-Peck, was interviewed by the firm representing the Defendants before the pending motion…
