Appellants, Otto Fissel, Edith Bowers, Rose Hartley and Mdllie Hale, surviving children of August Fissel, Sr., together with their children, as complainants, filed their bill, in chancery in the circuit court of McLean county to contest and set aside, the will of said August Fissel, Sr. The widow, Mina Fissel, and two sons of the testator, August and Fred, a daughter, Emma Dement, and the children of said two sons and daughter, were made defendants.
