Peter L. Brady was a resident of the State of Missouri. For many years prior to his death, he was in the habit of driving his automobile from his home into the State of Wisconsin, and in doing so, drove through the State of Illinois. On September 7, 1936, while passing through Stephenson county, Illinois, he was in an automobile accident, which caused his death.
