Jason Blakeney has filed a petition for writ of mandamus in which he asks this Court to order District Judge Clay Gossett to rule on two motions Blakeney states he filed against the mother of his child and the mother’s attorney. His purported motions seek an order of contempt against the mother and sanctions against her attorney, based on the mother’s alleged statements about him made to the court and the attorney’s purportedly outrageous contentions made in pleadings seeking to terminate Blakeney’s parental rights.
