THE MATTER under consideration is a Complaint filed by Dianne Campbell (Plaintiff), the ex-wife of Fred Eugene Campbell (Debtor), the Defendant in the above-captioned adversary proceeding. At issue is the dischargeability, vel non, of judgments obtained against the Debtor by the Plaintiff in Georgia and Florida courts.
