This is an appeal from the Appellate Court for the First District, affirming a judgment of the circuit court of Cook county for $5000, in favor of appellee, against appellant, in an action to recover damages for the wrongful killing of appellee’s intestate. The declaration was filed June 8, 1896, and on December 20,1898,—more than two years after the action accrued,—the plaintiff filed two additional counts, which form the ground of controversy on this appeal.
