HOWARD SCHWARTZBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.

A creditor and former shareholder, Mr. Sanford Drelinger, has moved pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code to convert this confirmed Chapter 11 case to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on the ground of a material default by the debtor, Micro-Acoustics Corp., with respect to the confirmed plan.
