Maxwell, President:

This is an action on a fidelity bond. There was a directed verdict for $597.12 in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant prosecutes writ of error.

The bond was purchased in February, 1930, and renewed for the years 1931 and 1932. Under its provisions defendant agreed to “indemnify Greenbrier Laundry Company * * * of Ronceverte * * * against the loss of any money or other personal property # * * through the fraud, dishonesty, forgery, theft, embezzlement, or wrongful abstraction of any employee named in the schedule forming part of this bond. ’ ’ The name of Hubert F.
