—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On appeal from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 165.45 [1]), defendant contends that he was denied effective assistance of counsel. We disagree. Although defense counsel did not appear for two scheduled pretrial court appearances, defendant was not prejudiced thereby.
