Petitioner, plaintiff in the Circuit Court; seeks review by certiorari of a decision of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, 150 So.2d 304, affirming, without opinion, an order of the' Circuit Court granting defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
