The defendant, Vernon T. Suttles, is charged in three criminal cases with four counts of aggravated robbery1 and violent crime.2 He filed motions to suppress evidence in all of the cases. After a consolidated hearing, the trial court concluded that the police had no reasonable suspicion to stop or probable cause to arrest him. The court then suppressed all testimony from the victims of the four robberies establishing an in-court identification of the defendant.
